Due to the custom nature of each hat, all custom hats are final sale and non-refundable.

Hat fit is dependent on the measurements and information provided by the purchaser. If minor fit adjustments are needed, Hannah Knauer Hat & Design Co. will adjust the fit when possible or provide at-home guidance to help achieve the best fit.

If significant changes or remakes are required due to incorrect sizing information provided by the client, additional fees may apply.
