How gift cards work

Gift cards can be used toward a custom hat or other available products.
The gift card amount is applied to the total at checkout or toward a final invoice.
If the gift card does not cover the full cost, the remaining balance will be invoiced separately.

If the gift card is used toward a custom order, I’ll guide the recipient through sizing, design details, and next steps.
Custom hats are handmade specifically for each client and completed on a custom timeline.

Sales tax

Sales tax is not applied at the time of gift card purchase.
If a gift card is redeemed for an order delivered, shipped to, or picked up in Colorado, applicable Colorado sales tax will be added to the final invoice.

Important notes

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards do not expire.
